It includes courses, grades, and credit hours earned along with any degrees conferred. <span class=\"s1\">The Registrar&#8217;s Office provides official transcripts for students (past and present) and alumni upon written request, or through the completion of the transcript form on the USF website.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Once processed, University of St. Francis electronic transcripts for academic records from 1999 to present will be emailed from officialtranscript@stfrancis.edu. This mailbox does not accept incoming email.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><em><strong>Important Note: Due to the high volume at the end of each term (May, August, December), transcript orders may take up to 21 days to process.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83f2255 elementor-align-center elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"83f2255\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-md elementor-animation-grow\" href=\"https:\/\/secure.acceptiva.com\/?cst=8c0a9c\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">REQUEST TRANSCRIPTS NOW<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88fa158 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"88fa158\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Transcript Request with Past Due Balance<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab75d1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ab75d1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"204\">In accordance with Illinois Public Act 103-0054, University of St. Francis will fulfill official transcript requests from current or former students, even if the student owes a debt, to:<\/p><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"393\">complete a job application;<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"393\">transfer from one institution of higher learning to another;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"492\">apply for State, federal, or institutional financial aid;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"555\">join the United States Armed Forces or Illinois National Guard; and\/or<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"631\">pursue other postsecondary opportunities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"676\"><a href=\"https:\/\/secure.acceptiva.com\/?cst=8c0a9c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Official transcripts may be requested here<\/a>. If the current or former student has a financial hold on their account, USF will send a confirmation form to the email address provided on the transcript request for verification of the qualifying reason for the request.
